Fort Walker Conservation Tour

Join Friends of the Rappahannock for an exclusive Windshield Conservation Tour of Fort Walker, hosted by Friends of the Rappahannock! This unique opportunity will take you through parts of the base where advanced conservation practices are being used, going above and beyond federal and state requirements. Plus, there will be a hike to see one of Virginia’s Champion Trees! You do not want to miss this amazing opportunity to learn more conservation efforts in the region.
To Attend:
- Must ride in the FOR van
- Complete the vetting process for base access by November 1, 2024
