The Rappahannock River Roundtable and National Fish and Wildlife Foundation (NFWF) are teaming up to host an informational meeting for prospective grantees interested in applying or partnering on an application to the Chesapeake Bay Stewardship Fund.
Please email info@rappahannockroundtable.org to register
NFWF recently announced the request for proposals for the Small Watershed Grant program which includes grant funding for technical assistance projects and implementation project funding. Each year, there are new funding priorities, geographic areas of interest, funding levels, eligibility criteria, and other variables which impact the type of proposals and applicants which will be considered for funding.
This opportunity will allow members of the Rappahannock River Roundtable to learn about the grant programs, ask specific questions, identify potential local partners and resources for projects, and receive feedback from NFWF staff on potential applications. The Rappahannock River Roundtable has many partners with lots of experience developing successful proposals to NFWF and we are available to help with applications this year! Please let us know if you are interested in learning more about project development and grant writing assistance: info@rappahannockroundtable.org
